Pick-up from your hotel and transfer to Rumah Terbalik. Journey takes approximately 30-45 minutes.
Arrive at Rumah Terbalik and make a guided visit into the Upside Down House. Take fun pictures at the Upside Down Toilet, Upside Down Garden and Upside Down Car.
Proceed to Mango Garden Restaurant for the cooking class. (Guest will cook three types of traditional dishes which are Hinava Sada (Fish salad), Manuk Tinapah (BBQ Chicken in local herbs & spices) & Kok Daeng Masak Timbul (Braised fish head with herbs)
Lunch, consists of the three dishes, steamed white rice, dessert and drinks.
Receive a Certificate presentation and transfer back to the hotel.
Wear comfortable shoes and clothes. Cotton T-shirts with long or short pants recommended. Sandals/Slippers recommended.
The menu for the cooking class may be subject to changes depending on season.
Note that the menu is derived from local ethnic dishes, so it contains local herbs & spices. Should you be allergic to spices, kindly inform the chef in charge.
All ingredients and cooking utensils needed in the class will be fully provided for, including aprons, cap & gloves.
